Staying at this hotel was a great experience overall. The rooms were of a very good standard, although the water flow in the shower was a bit slow. With numerous amenities and services available at your fingertips, it's a convenient choice. The service was mostly friendly and helpful, despite some language issues at the pool area. The location is excellent, close to important facilities but also quiet for a good night's rest. The dining experience was fairly standard, with room for improvement in the breakfast selection.

I had a fantastic stay at this modern hotel with spacious rooms connected by 2 doors. The enormous bathroom with a lovely large bath was a real treat. However, I only stayed for one night from the 31st until the 1st, so I wished I could have stayed longer to enjoy the room more.

My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were very spacious, like a flat with two TVs, and were kept clean daily with fresh towels. The staff was incredibly friendly and always eager to help. The location was superb, right next to Central Embassy and a minute away from the BTS skytrain station, offering convenience for exploration. However, the dining options didn't entirely meet my expectations for a 5-star hotel.

I felt like being in a private serviced apartment at the hotel. The rooms were huge, facing the British embassy, super clean, and comfortable. They were more like suites with new smart flat-screen TVs in the lounge and bedrooms, offering a modern and spacious accommodation.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The spacious and clean rooms with a lovely large bath were delightful, and the variety of amenities and services available at the tip of my finger made my stay very convenient. The service was exceptional, with incredibly kind and helpful staff. The location, while great for shopping, was a bit congested but still provided easy access to many tourist spots. The dining experience was satisfactory, offering a mix of European, Indian, Thai, and Chinese food stations with fresh fruit. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
